Meeting called to order: 7:10pm by Chris Worrall
Approval of the minutes: Chris Worrall moved to approve the minutes from the November 12, 2007 meeting, seconded by Jo Ann Kocher.
Joe’s Report: See separate document for the full document. Items discussed:
1. Joe fell off a ladder recently so he is a little limited in his activity.
2. Joe is interested in a new trimmer which will run about $500-600. BOD approved $600 for the new trimmer for use on site.
3. Joe: please develop a property list (if one doesn’t already exist) to include the new trimmer. Items on this list should include pool furniture, computer, phone, refrigerator, etc…
4. Parking boats outside of the chain fence near boat ramp: Walt Johnson to discuss with Joe, see #1 under “New Business”.
5. Discussion on increasing party limit and end time. See #6 under “New Business”.
6. Joe please take down the Christmas decorations in the Club House. If you need help, please call Chris Worrall.
Boat storage: BOD needs to develop a guideline of active use and develop a revised storage agreement. Chris Worrall to research some rules from other facilities. Kristi Lundell to work on revision after receiving the information from Chris. Walt Johnson to work with Joe on adding space and cleaning up the area. Based on the current Storage Agreement, which is good for only six months from signing, it is a good guess that most agreements are expired. Question for the future: will raising the fee help clean up the area and open up space?
Newsletter publishing: We are appreciative of the Johnstons for volunteering their time and money for the current newsletter. The editing of the solar section, and subsequent printing of the newsletter, without final approval from Jo Ann Kocher or any BOD member is cause for concern. In the future, the Board needs to give final approval before printing.
KristiLundell to contact Hawaiian Properties to ask for paperwork on ownership and deed for Mariners Cove Bay Club (Kamehameha Bishop Estate) and view lots (Hawaii Kai Marina Association?) with all pertinent details.
Discussion on officers for presentation at upcoming meeting.

Directors Walt Johnson, Jeni Brians, and Monique Todebush to continue through their individual terms, none which expire in 2008.
Easter Party Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 2pm. Monique Todebush will appreciate anyone who can come and support her efforts that day.
Walt Johnson moved to change the pool Party and Meeting Rental max limit change from 50 to 75. The change will be noted on the agreement paperwork and also the website. End time will change to 10pm for Fri/Sat rentals only. Pool will still close at 7pm. Seconded by Jo Ann Kocher. Kristi Lundell to revise paperwork. Joe: please continue to emphasize accountability for clean up and proper behavior of the guests. This will be reviewed in three months at our next BOD meeting.
Garret Pick to change website so that financials will not be posted. Interested residents can contact the management company for monthly report if desired.
